Services
Knowledge transfer is built into every project so your team can tackle new opportunities internally.
We know that AI can seem overwhelming, but it's rapidly transforming every industry and inaction is no longer an option. We will guide you through the hype, focusing on safe, practical solutions that quickly deliver value.
Review existing value streams and workflows to identify where AI can increase revenue, reduce cost and improve quality.
The best AI transformations don't just automate - they unlock new value streams. We work with your team to design them.
Redesign priority workflows so AI agents and automation can support sensing, analysis, decision preparation, execution, and learning.
Define review queues, audit trails, escalation paths, approval rules, and risk boundaries so faster execution does not come at the cost of control.
Launch focused pilots in 30 to 60 days around high-value workflows, proving value with measurable outcomes before broader rollout.

AI transformation projects are typically implemented as a short fixed-price 4-phase project. Explore our approach here.
Product management projects are usually provided on a fixed-term day rate basis.
Clear executive communication, transparent pricing, innovation, design thinking, practical governance design and rapid results.
FAQ
A few practical points that often come up in early conversations.
We have developed a simple and effective approach that starts with a short 1-2 week AI Opportunity Audit to identify and prioritise where AI can deliver the most value. This leads into a safe pilot and then a production rollout. The process can be repeated for subsequent opportunities.
A first pilot is typically scoped for 30 to 60 days, depending on workflow complexity, data readiness, and stakeholder availability. During the AI Opportunity Audit, we will provide a prioritised list of opportunities, sizing the effort for each.
No. The focus is redesigning how work moves so people spend less time on coordination, rework, and routine analysis, and more time on judgment, exceptions, and improvement.
Tools matter, but most bottlenecks sit inside operating design. We focus first on value chains, workflows, decisions, handoffs, controls, and management so we don't just speed up a workflow that stalls further downstream.
We are tool agnostic. Every organisation is different and what might be right for one might not be for another. For SMB's and for rapid prototyping, we frequently use a low-code solution based on n8n and/or OpenClaw. For larger organisations already committed to ecosystems such as Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Google, using their orchestration system could be the best choice.
For AI transformation work, we base solutions on the most appropriate off-the-shelf product. However, these often require some custom development of small helper apps to integrate with other systems or to create a trust boundary. We build these ourselves using OpenAI Codex or Claude Code, or can work with your internal development team.
We also provide product management services for larger software development projects. In this case, we would manage an internal or external development team.
We take risk management very seriously at every stage and work with your team to understand and mitigate all risks. For workflow redesign, we usually implement a shadow workflow during the pilot that mirrors the live workflow but without taking material actions. When it is proven to work accurately and consistently with full governance, we manage and support the production rollout. By repeating this process one workflow at a time, risk is kept to a minimum.
It's a low-cost 1-2 week exercise with no commitment to take further action.
